Vermeer Benefits

Insurance Coverage
Full medical insurance coverage is available to employees and their dependents. Coverage includes medical / hospitalization, routine preventative services, well-child care, dental, vision discount programs and prescription drug card.

Life Insurance
A base term life insurance plan is provided for the employee by Vermeer. Optional additional term life insurance may also be purchased at very attractive group rates. In addition, employees may select dependent term life insurance for spouse and children.

Retirement
Employees are able to participate in Vermeer's 401(k) plan. A company match is offered as well. Retirees may also participate in the FRIENDS of VERMEER Club that includes social events and work opportunities.

On-site Health Services Center
The Vermeer Health Services Center provides specialized occupational health services, routine health care services, and wellness programs throughout the year. Services are provided at no charge to employees and their immediate family members.

On-site Family Pharmacy
The Vermeer Family Pharmacy is a state-of-the-art facility capable of supporting all prescription health needs of our employees. In addition to the ability to fill prescriptions written from external physicians, the Vermeer Family Pharmacy will also stock a limited supply of over-the-counter (OTC) medications at a discounted price. The Vermeer Family Pharmacy is yet another example of Vermeer's continued efforts to combat rising health-care costs and provide superior services on behalf of our employees.

Adoption Assistance
Vermeer Corporation values the importance of family in many ways - through our 4P philosophies, family-fun sponsored programs, wellness events and activities to name a few. Vermeer continues its focus on family values by offering a new dimension to our benefit package: the Adoption Assistance Program. The Vermeer Corporation Adoption Assistance Program will reimburse families wishing to grow through adoption up to $3000 per adoption to help cover expenses including placement, travel, and legal fees.

Wellness Programs
If you have your health, you have everything! At Vermeer, employees are given opportunities to evaluate their health and improve their lifestyles through a variety of activities and educational programs as part of our Comprehensive Wellness Program. While participation is strictly voluntary, the rewards are numerous! Participants may receive wellness dollars they can apply towards their health insurance premiums or towards healthy activities such as gym memberships.
